We would like to share with you our latest progress at the Cottages at Pryse Farm, located in Farragut. Our buildings have been undergoing some amazing transformations over the past couple weeks and we’re happy to announce that the roofing is done!

Cottages at Pryse Farm listing agent, Nancy Keith from Keller Williams, said, "We are now under roof at the Cottages at Pryse Farm in Farragut! The Epcon framers and roofers have been working at lightning speed on our phase one homes, and I have several prospects who are considering a November move into our new community. I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on all the happenings and progress going on at each of our three communities, the Cottages At Feathers Chapel in Bristol, the Cottages At Governors Landing in East Knox County and the Cottages At Pryse Farm in Farragut.

We just completed the lake with a walking trail and beautiful, lush landscaping at Feathers Chapel. The lake features a fountain in the center with rippling waters flowing under an arched bridge. I'm so excited about this new amenity that I, just last week, flew over the property to make photographs, one of which I've linked to this email for your download. Bud, Lori, Keith and our other sales specialists have begun to write reservations on the new phase that surrounds the lake. If you have an interest in living around the lake you'll need to act fast!

At Governors Landing our model homes are now open and furnished. If you haven't visited recently, take time to drop by and let Carolyn, Denise, John or Lucas give you a guided tour. With the clubhouse and eight, phase I homes completed, contract holders have begun to close contracts, becoming permanent residents.

Pryse Farm has also seen massive progress over the past few months. The Boulevard leading into the first phase is complete with unique, center island water garden landscaping. But the big news is that our first ten homes are now under construction! You still have time to get in on one of these first ten homes and celebrate the holidays in your new home of distinction in, arguably, Knoxville's most desirable place to live. Call Carolyn or Nancy before this opportunity passes you by.

It's an exciting time at the Cottages Group and our evolution defies all those recent economic news reports. Home sales are on the rise, prices are going up and interest rates bottomed out months ago. There isn't a better time to move into that new home you've always dreamed of.

Lots of News from the Cottages!

It has been some time since our last update, and a lot of things have happened. Phase I at the Cottages at Feathers Chapel is nearly complete. We will be offering single family homes in Phase II, as well as at our other developments. The community has really come together as a family, enjoying such activities as weekly breakfasts, movie nights, and game nights. Thanks to the recent the warm weather, the pool is now open for business!

Construction at the Cottages at Governor's Landing is in full swing, with the clubhouse fully complete and models ready to tour soon! The Cottages at Pryse Farm is getting ready to begin construction of the clubhouse within a couple weeks.

We would like to extend an invitation to everyone to join us for our weekly community breakfast at the Cottages at Feathers Chapel, every Wednesday at 9am. It is a great opportunity to meet the residents and some of the Cottages Group staff, and you are welcome after the breakfast to take a tour of our lovely model homes.
